Food & Beverage:
No food or beverage will be permitted to be brought into the Tustin
Banquet Center by the client or guests of the client. If alcoholic
beverages are brought onto the premises, or if any person under
21 years of age is found consuming alcoholic beverages, we reserve
the right to discontinue alcoholic beverage service at no liability
to the Tustin Banquet Center and with no refund to the client.
Deposit and Guarantee:
An initial $1000.00 deposit is required to reserve the
Tustin Banquet Center. An Additional $1000.00 will be required six
(6) months prior to the event date. These are NON-REFUNDABLE payments.
These payments will be applied to the final bill. The balance is
due ten (10) days prior to the event date. Our catering office must
receive a guaranteed attendance number ten (10) days in advance
of the function. This number will be considered a guarantee, not
subject to reduction, and charges will be based on this number or
the actual attendance, whichever is greater. Prices are subject
to change without notice and are guaranteed at the time the initial
deposit is received.
Fees & Services Charges:
- Any "last minute" addition change must be paid the
day of the function by cash, credit card, cashier's check or money
order.
- A service charge of 18% will be applied to all food, beverage
and equipment rental fees.
- All charges for food, beverage, equipment rentals, room rental
charges and service charges are subject to California State Sales
Tax.
- Dance floor rental charge is $295.00. There will be a room fee
of $495.00 (plus tax) for Saturday Evening Events.
Additional Information:
- 125 person minimum for Saturday Functions — 75 person
minimum for Friday and Sunday Functions.
- At functions where alcoholic beverages are consumed, there will
be one security guard present per 150 guests. The charge to you
is $150.00 per guard for 5 hours. All rooms, including the restroom,
are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only on our outside patio.
- We are not responsible for damage or loss of any item left on
the property prior to, during, or following your function.
- There will be a $500.00 security deposit fee for any damage
to our facility incurred by you or your guests or anyone you contracted
with for outside services. Your security deposit must be paid
for by credit card.
- Saturday daytime events may be scheduled between 11 a.m. and
4 p.m. Saturday evening events may be scheduled between 6 p.m.
and 11 p.m. However, hours are subject to flexibility.
- Both bar and music service must end by 11:00 p.m. “Live
bands" are not allowed.
